This autumn there will be a new approach focusing on the “five questions”.
Also, for the first time, there will be a dedicated approach to substance
misuse services. This course will help you adapt to the many different features
of a CQC inspection.
WHAT CHANGES ARE YOU REQUIRED TOMAKE?
Complete a “Provider Information Return” – Understand the new
“Fundamental Standards” coming in October 2014 – Answer the “five
questions” – Follow “Key Lines of Enquiry” – Prepare evidence to demonstrate
that you have a “Good” or “Outstanding” service.

organisations to a Supplier Event for provisionof an
ADULT DRUGS AND ALCOHOL RECOVERY SERVICE
SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT EVENT
31st October 2014 • 10am – 12noon

Havering Council is seeking to invite suitably experienced providers of drugs
and alcohol services to attend a market warming event for the delivery of the
service. The Council is seeking to award a new five year contract that will
begin in October 2015.
The event will provide an opportunity for potential providers to:
Learn about the changing needs and profile of Havering
Discuss proposals and inform their development
Seek clarification regarding procurement process
Network with other providers
Next steps
For this event, providers will need to register by
Monday 27th October 2014
