individual with leadership abilities to oversee the effective
organisation and management of the Counselling Teams. The post
will be responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical work
and the safe, efficient and effective delivery, administration and
management of the Counselling Services and to continue to develop
treatment programmes in line with treatment philosophy and
evidence-based practice. A minimum of a Diploma in Counselling or
equivalent and management experience are essential.
