INVITATION TO TENDER
The Buckinghamshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT)
is seeking a supplier able to deliver the provision of a:
STRUCTURED TREATMENT
AND RECOVERY SERVICE (STARS)
The contract will deliver a combined service offering the following elements
(
as defined in NDTMS Core Data Set – J
).
• Pharmacological Interventions
• Psychosocial Support
• Recovery Support
The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 4 years with the option to
extend it further by up to 3 years, dependent on performance and ongoing
Central Government funding.
The Council is of the opinion that Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of
Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this contract.
The Council uses the South East Business Portal (the Portal) to advertise tender
opportunities and run its tender processes. In order to access details about this
