Jamie and erin
We wanted a rustic, beachy feel to run throughout the
entire event. With the ocean and beach in the background,
Flor mimo did the rest with flowers and décor, adding details
and touches that helped to create this feel. Our table
decorations were jars filled with lemons, limes, wildflowers,
and candles. We had candles hanging in mason jars over the
bar area and our place cards were homemade, set into limes
that were arranged in rustic wooden boxes.
Our wedding outfits were very different from each other.
i chose a one-shouldered, cream-coloured dress with
asymmetrical draping and gave it a pop of colour with a
bluish-green double satin ribbon as my sash. i wore cream
flipflops with glittery gold on the straps and completed
my outfit with cubic zirconia teardrop earrings. erin
wore her trousers and waistcoat with a custom
made lime green shirt, seersucker tie, and an
adorable orange and white pair of custom
made converses.
From the beginning, erin was the
driving force behind creating a
ceremony that felt genuine to us –
none of that cookie-cutter
